RESULTS HART'S CUSTOM SETS-CASHION FISHING RODS SPRING TEAM TOURNAMENT BASS TRAIL QUALIFIER #2 Saturday March 9th, 2019 ~ ~ Falls Lake ~ ~ Ledge Rock Wildlife Ramp Well, early in the week the weather was looking great!! But Old Man Winter had something different in mind..COLD!! A great crowd of 58 boats arrived for the Hart's Custom Sets-Cashion Fishing Rods Spring Team Tournament Bass Trail Qualifier #2 at Falls Lake hoping it would warm up a little, but it didn't. Temps ranged from 38 to 49 all day and with 5-10 mph winds. It didn't rain and the lake was dropping fast. Surface water temps were around 46 degrees. None of these conditions helped the bass bite! The team of Dave Walton & Justin Young, fished many spots and finally got 4 good bass weighing a total of 16.02 lbs (which included an 8.57 hawg) to take 1st Place, 2nd Place Big Fish and 1st Place TWT for a total of $2,615 in prize money! The 2nd Place team of Jaime Fajardo & Josh Hooks caught the only 5 fish limit of bass weighing 15.65 lbs. and along with winning the 2nd Place TWT they took home $1,100 in winnings. The 3rd Place Team of Todd Sumner & Chuck Bolton had 3 bass weighing 12.17 lbs. taking home $513 in winnings. The 5th Place Team of Garrett Allred & Joe Broome also won 1st Place Big Fish (8.79 lbs.) pocketing a total of $1,140!!! Only 33 bass were brought to the scales by 21 of the 58 teams! Shallow running crankbait, chatterbaits, jigs & spinnerbaits in the more shallow 3 to 6' of water seemed to be the lures of choice. I want to thank Hart's Custom Sets and Cashion Fishing Rods and all the anglers that participated. Our next tournament will be the 2019 PBC Academy Sports & Outdoors $10,000 Spring Team Bass Trail Qualifier #2 , Saturday March 16th also at Falls Lake out of Ledge Rock Wildlife Ramp. PBC ACADEMY SPORTS & OUTDOORS $10,000 SPRING TEAM BASS TRAIL
    CHAMPIONSHIP RESULTS
Saturday June 16th, 2018 ~ Falls Lake ~ Ledge Rock Wildlife Ramp

What a great day for the 78 teams fishing for the $10,000 1st place prize money in the 2018 PBC Academy Sports &
Outdoors $10,000 Spring Team Bass Trail Championship at Falls Lake! Morning air temp was around 69 degrees then

at 252 and water clarity was good. Bass were shallow in the morning and then moved out to around 6 to 12' when the sun
came up. After everyone was weighed in the polygraph was given. Then all the anglers were treated to hot dogs, chips
and drinks! Then we gave away over $7,000 in door prizes thanks to our great sponsors!!! Then awarded the prize
money & trophies! PBC had a great year and thanks to all that supported this great trail.

Dan Glosson & Scottie Morris topped the field weighing in 5 bass at 25.77 lbs. winning 1st Place and 1st Place TWT to

PBC ACADEMY SPORTS and OUTDOORS $10,000 SPRING TEAM BASS TRAIL
    QUALIFIER #6 RESULTS
Saturday May 12th, 2018 ~ Falls Lake ~ Ledge Rock Wildlife Ramp

Finally!!! The bite was on for the 87 teams in the 2018 PBC Academy Sports & Outdoors $10,000 Spring Team Bass
Trail Qualifier #6 at Falls Lake! Bass are starting the final phase of the spawn and it showed in the amount and
poundage of bass caught in one of the best lakes in NC!! Morning air temp was 64 degrees then warmed up to 90 in the
pm. Water temps averaged about 79 degrees. Winds were light all day! The lake level was right at 252 with water
coming in and being released at about the same amount. Bass were shallow in the morning and then moved out to around
6 to 10' when the sun came up.

Josh Fletcher & Bryson Peed dominated the field weighing in 5 bass at 27.46 lbs. winning 1st Place and $1,450 in prize
money. The team found the fish early in 2' to 4' of grassy water using worm rigs and flipping plastics. They had 5 solid
fish! Ronnie Hart & Danny Woodell took 2nd place with 5 fish weighing 22.88 lbs., 1st Place TWT and 1st Place Big Fish
(8.53 lbs.) to take home $3,664 in winnings. We had a tie for 3rd between the teams of Travis Pomp & Eddie Harris and
Mark Herndon & Jay Garrard. Each team had 5 bass at 21.53 lbs. and each took home $635 in winnings!! 2nd Place Big
Fish was won by the Team of Ron White & Jesse Soles (6.95 lbs.) netting them $516!!

363 fish were weighed in for a total of 1,085 pounds for an average of 3.02 lbs. each, a great average weight for Falls
Lake! Most of the fish were caught on spinnerbaits, chatterbaits, worm rigs, flippin' plastics and shallow running
crankbaits in anywhere from 2 to 10 feet of water. Warm weather is here so look for a morning shallow bite and then go
deeper when the sun comes up! Most all teams weighed in fish today!! Congrats to all !!!
