I am looking to book a whitetail hunt in S Carolina about 50 miles NE of Savannah. There are 2 dates available to me for the 2016 season, The week of Oct 17th and the week of Nov 14th.
Although I like the October dates better, I am concerned that it may be too hot for deer movement during the daylight hours. On the other hand, the November dates would be 3 weeks behind the prime hunting activity and I think that the previous hunting pressure will make hunting more difficult.
Does anyone have an opinion on which would be the better dates?
