  • Ok, here is my question. I have been trying to find or come up with a way to walk in with some kind of seat that goes around any tree and I can just sit on it, and a normal height, you know like 3 feet off the ground or whatever... Ideas?
Forget that!!!! If I'm doing ANY sitting in the woods or even Fishing on the bank/Pier...I carry my 6-lb Gobbler Lounger that several of us on the site here use to Turkey hunt with and I am comfy comfy comfy...The design even lets you rest your Firearm on your knee...I Love My Gobbler Lounger!!!!

A facebook memory from 2018 reminded me of a bedding area that bucks cruised through looking for does. On the first day of my vacation I set up in the area and had this nice 8 chasing a doe around my blind. Bucks are chasing does here in the upstate and it is a great time to be in the woods.

September 10 Mason Vyskocil bags a nice Richland County buck hunting with his grandad, Calvin Meetze.

    Good Evening everyone,
I am a new user on here but have been looking at this website for a long time. I decided tonight to become a member because I read some posts from back in mid Oct about dog hunting. Ladies and gents, please understand that it is the 10% that give us a bad name. My club uses…

152' buck - lucky to have the memory of being with my son when he shot his largest buck to date.

This isn't the biggest buck by size, but the biggest trophy by far. Hunter Daniels killed this buck in Craven County NC on Thanks Giving Morning using his Grand Daddy's rifle. He never met his Grand Daddy LD, but they do share this common bond.

After seeing 2 nice bucks and a small spike in a field the week before after dark. I decided to go to a stand just inside the woods off that field the next week on December 21. At about 8:30AM a small spike came out into the shooting lane. He kept watching behind him so I figured there was more…

I was wondering if anyone has hunted Perkins Gameland in Davie county. Is it a good place to hunt, is the deer population good and were there many hunters there.

    Hello,

I'm currently looking for a place/places to possibly hunt. I work 12 hour swing shifts so finding days off and time to schedule hunts with buddies nearby seem to rarely ever happen. I just recently moved from Stanly county just down the road into mecklenburg/mint hill. So anywhere…
