Lucas Hayden killed his first Buck at the age of 3 on 9/29/19 with a Crossbow. Made a perfect shot at 20 yards, the 3 point buck only made it 40 yards after the shot. Couldn’t be more proud, quite the accomplishment for a 3 year old!

Last year, 2018, I passed this buck several times as I had just killed a buck that made the state record book. I could tell he was young and had a lot of potential. Fast forward to August 2019, I checked the trail camera for the first time and I couldn?t believe how much he blew up. He went from…

12 year old Landen Long from Summerfield shot this 235 lb, 8 pointer on September 28 ( youth day). Covered in ticks and sweating like crazy, he made an awesome double lung shot from 100 yards, deer dropped 20 yards from where he was shot!!!!

Trey Polk (13 yrs old) with his personal best. The stud of an 8 pointer with a 17 1/4' inside spread and weighing in at 173lbs was taken in Holly Hill S.C. Great Outdoors deer processing in Bowman, S.C. will handle the taxidermy on this young mans trophy.

The afternoon of Tuesday August 27th I planned to hunt a peanut field based on summer scouting and previous buck sightings. Two does and a yearling buck stepped out and fed awhile before retreating back in the woods relatively quickly. I decided to leave my stand slightly early to glass the…

This was the first year for my daughter Kate to go hunting. She is only 6 but wanted to go hunting with her daddy and I wasn't about to say no. My father passed away when I was young so I never got the chance to hunt much with my dad and never killed a deer with him. I never even killed a…

I killed this buck on Sept. 19 on what would be my first day in the woods this year. It all started with an afternoon trip to a property that I have not hunted in years, another story. Got my gear together and started walking in. They were bush hogging the paths at the property that afternoon so I…

Ten-year old Easton Evans of Alamance County went hunting with his PawPaw the afternoon of Thursday September 12th, but expectations were low considering the sweltering 95 degree temps. This was Easton's third hunt so far opening week of the season. He wanted to hunt every afternoon but had…

Hi my name is Daniel Clarida I harvested this buck on September 15, 2019. We nicknamed him Chiquita in 2016 when I got the first pictures of him because of the shape of his tines and also because in one of the Drury Outdoors video videos Mark Drury had one that he named the same. We ended up…

Super thrilled to finally put my hands on this 4 year old piebald buck. I have passed the deer every year since it was a fawn. We have hundreds of pictures of the buck along with past videos also. He finally showed yesterday evening with several buddies. He presented me with a 36 yard shot and I…

I killed this buck September 7, 2019, opening day of bow season in Surry County, N.C. I killed this buck on opening day (09/07/2019) at about 8:10 pm in Surry County NC. I have been seeing several pictures of this buck on trail cam among others in his bachelor group for the past 2-3 months. I knew I had a good shot at seeing him due to the many daytime pics, but knew I had to…

Great opening day 10 point in velvet! I was hunting Rockingham co., NC. I used my summit climber because I havent put a stand at this spot yet. When he showed up on my camera I had to make a decision, go in and hang a stand and chance busting him or use climber. Think I made the right decision!…

Opening day of Bow season here in Guilford county NC went well for me after I released the arrow on a big 150’s class 10pt I had watched and fed all summer. I had thousands of pics of this deer through out the summer. Feeding him protein and corn helped keep him away from the soy beans.…
