I killed this buck on opening day (09/07/2019) at about 8:10 pm in Surry County NC. I have been seeing several pictures of this buck on trail cam among others in his bachelor group for the past 2-3 months. I knew I had a good shot at seeing him due to the many daytime pics, but knew I had to…

Great opening day 10 point in velvet! I was hunting Rockingham co., NC. I used my summit climber because I havent put a stand at this spot yet. When he showed up on my camera I had to make a decision, go in and hang a stand and chance busting him or use climber. Think I made the right decision!…

Opening day of Bow season here in Guilford county NC went well for me after I released the arrow on a big 150’s class 10pt I had watched and fed all summer. I had thousands of pics of this deer through out the summer. Feeding him protein and corn helped keep him away from the soy beans.…

My name is Lori Shaffer. I have been fortunate to kill 2 very nice, full velvet, 8 point bucks the first 5 days of this 2019 season in Aiken County, SC. The second buck on August 20, 2019 was a giant though. All that day I had planned to hunt because the high temperature was only supposed to be…

This nice management buck walked out at 7:50 p.m. on opening day. I had to wait on several does to clear before I could take the shot. He was a 19 3/4' 9 point weighing in at 195. Killed at the Cowden Plantation in Jackson, SC.

Hunted with my son on Saturday August 17th at the Cowden Plantation in Jackson, SC. Had a great buck come out with a couple others. Shot was 220 yards. The deer was 20 5/8' wide 10 point weighing in at 176 lbs.

Last year I missed this deer on October 10th & two days later on Oct. 12th. Apparently I had tightened my dial caps too tight & needless to say it moved my crosshairs bout 6 inches. (Didn’t figure this out til the 2nd miss,I thought the first was operator error 😂) That put…
