    The redfish don't mind the cold, so it is worth it to get out there and fish. It's going to be cold if I'm not fishing, so I might as well fish and get that tug we are all looking for!

    A new kayak bass fishing tournament series is in the works for South Carolina anglers. Early plans have 6 tournaments being held--one each month from March through August. The August tournament will be the championship.

    first week of sept was great. we caught tons of redfish. Had some nice keepers and a few rat drums but most turned out to be over slot and released.

    Hey, Yak, is that a kick boat, or do you have to use a traditional paddle? I've got a fishing kayak that I want to begin using, but I'm trying to figure out what I'm going to do with the paddle while I'm fishing.
