My son got his first deer ever. Unfortunately it was the same deer his mother (my wife) had been hunting for. We went together and he was lined up to shoot a smaller buck when this one stepped out. He made a great shot, dropping him in his tracks. To top it all off, he was using his mom's new gun, and hunting out of the stand she set up. I was able to get a great video of the shot as-well. Great day for me and my son, but to tell the truth, I was a little afraid to come home and tell his mom he killed her deer. Lol.
