Dog training

I am an English hunter who trains and works bird dogs for shooting over and working on shoots in GB.(Spaniels, German Shorthaired Pointer,Labradors) and Lurchers for hunting rabbits.
I have a great interest in all working dogs, having spent many years(40+) training and working dogs 10 years as a Police Dog (canine) handler.
I am visiting an old friend who lives near Raleigh for the last week of September into October 2015.
I would love to visit any dog trainer/ hunter during my visit just to discover what and how you guys do your hunting and learn from you.
If anyone out there can spare an hour or two, to show off their dogs and share their experiences I would love to meet you. I don't know my itinerary for the trip yet but will be pretty flexible.Please get in touch if you would be happy to discuss further.

I'm a professional trainer about an hour south of Raleigh. I can take you training with some of the top pointing dog and retriever trainers in our area. We'd enjoy the chance to share some culture with our English cousins.
