Whoooo!! The Long family (Joe, Sam, Matt, Kim, & Kim Long) from Durham, NC, put, a “whopping” on the wahoo over the Easter weekend. They caught five nice wahoo with the biggest going over 60 pounds, plus two blackfin tuna for a nice bonus.

The family was fishing with Capt. Dallas Dellinger and Capt. Ned Rogers of R & R Charters out of Murrells Inlet. The captains said that Easter weekend was the first weekend in a while that they had been able to get out because of bad weather.

The weather held up so that anglers were able to go out to the Gulf Stream and fish the Georgetown Hole. It was a cold ride out and a wet ride in, but it was worth it for a good mess of fish.

So if you are interested in “whopping” up on some wahoo, call the “reel deal boys” at 843-460-0186 or 843-333-5336.
