Ive Been Keeping A Squirrel Location Journal While ive Been Deer Hunting. Use it to Mark Squirrel Locations #'s And To Get a Good Idea Of About How Many i need to Try to hunt and remove from any one area. Just wondering does anyone else do the same, or im i the only one squirrely enough to do it lol, no pum intented

i dont right it down but i keep a mental note of were they are since we only have a 3 week rifle season here in western nc i go after a few gray tails

I always take a mental note of the squirrel in the area I hunt.I keep in mind how many return each morning to feed in a certain area and suprisingly they're are certain squirrel I recognize if they show up in another hunting spot.Makes it easier when I take my grandaughter back to hunt.

Great Ya'll, Yep I Do The Same Thing, but i hunt alot of different tracs sometimes and If I Dont write down The exact #s I See, Then I'll Miss My Quota Or Set The quota To High or To Low. I Enjoy Seting A personal Harvest Goal For Squirrels,Since I Cant manage Deer On Publicland I Enjoy Trying to Manage The Squirrels. It Just Adds To The Fun More so when the quotas are high.
