Short Hunt

Howdy, Well Another Great Day On Butner-falls!! Sitting In Treestand Listing To All The Shotgun Blast Made Me Wish I Went Duck Hunting, But That Faded Fast When 4 Does Walked Right To Me, I Took The Biggest one Out Of The 4. There Was One Other Local Hunter Behind Me Alitte Ways, I Heard Him Shoot, But Never Did Get A Chance To Talk To Him, Im Glad My Shot Didnt Mess His Hunt Up. He Was Nice A Quite When He Came In. Very Respectful, thats The Kind Of People That Are Mostly on Gameland! lAST Year I posted I Thought The Deer Population On Butner-falls Was Dropping, I Take That Back, Guess I Just Wasnt in The Right Place lol. Sorry no Bucks Yet, But I Love Taking Does Just As Well!! 2 more deer and im Tagged Out.

Way to go.You always sound like you truly enjoy hunting,whether its deer,squirrels,ducks or whatever.Guess thats why I always enjoy reading your posts.congrats on getting another one.I'm still trying myself,hopefully soon.

@Dianne00, Thanks For The Kind Words. Yes, I Love Hunting, it doesnt Matter if i come home empty Handed (beleive me i do alot lol) i just like the peace and quite of the woods swamp or duck blind. Im very Lucky to get to hunt when i Please, so i enjoy every minute of it. Hang in there, you'll get more deer, i just got lucky This season and found a low pressure Spot, that Has Alot of deer. I Switched to Scent Killer Brand Scent elimination Spray, and have not been winded since, all 4 does where down wind and showed no sign of being nervus. Good luck on the deer and squirrels, you'll getem sometimes it takes awhile.
