Got Squirrels

Well Took Mon though Today Off From Deer Hunting (Which is going good no bucks yet, got 2 Nice Does) Wanted to Squirrel Hunt. Ive Been hunting at Whitehall Plantation Gameland since Monday, it's has been some real good spot and stalk Hunting. Just got home a few minutes ago. Mon was good in the am, but in the afternoon i ran into 2 bear cubs, so i had to devert and find another spot. Great looking cubs, but Momma Bear was upset, i back off slowly and lucky she only mock charged me lol i got lucky and so did the squirrels lol. anyway tues was great got 7 and today got six, so i had fun. now back to deer hunting.

Thanks Gt, IVE BEEN Able To Hunt Some, But Not As Much As i Would Like, Because ive been helping my Friend and His Wife Bulid A New House. But ive gotten 2 Does One With crossbow one with Muzzleloader at whitehall Plantation and the other on a permit only Military Base. havnt seen but a few bucks a couple have been good, but no luck yet. How about You. seen a ton of turkey today, i thought about you. naw What your seeing in the pic is a xxl sportsman trunk (made by plano) I Wish I Had A Yeti Cooler!! Money is not that good!! lol. But as for the trunk, i love it holds most of my camping stuff and is very water tight. (35.00 at Dicks Sporting Goods)

Cool $35? That don't seem Bad at all for a water-tight storage unit that size!! My season has been AWESOME!!! Thanks to Don from the site here but even as awesome as its been, I haven't tagged 1 yet...Can't seem to Hit'em right with Big Racks lol I even goofed on a doe but Feeling better with new Broadheads, And Rangefinder with ARC...Like Don said...IF I can close the Deal on the Bucks I see, I would have some Good ones lol

Oh Yes, Dont be Fooled, ive made mistakes myself this season!! ive had deer all under me and not even know it lol then i would move or grab some tobacco and all id hear would be alot of blowing lol. i bet ive been busted or winded 10 times this season. Just bad luck i guess, but at whitehall i was holding out of a nice buck since it's a long trip away from my house, but never did seen any bucks but saw a few does and fawns, and got lucky and got a doe. waiting for blackpowder here in Durham but not looking forward to the crowd, but will see what happens, might get lucky!! good luck the reason of the season!! hang in there you'll getem. oh by the way Thank God For Therma Cell the skeeters are bad in Bladen County!!

Great job on the squirrels,and deer.Gracie and I are just getting started.She got her first one ever,and is eager to get a bunch more.I've gotten 3 myself,but haven't really been trying to much yet,I'm waiting til Gracie can hunt with me again.She may be only 6,but she loves hunting already.Good Luck

Congrats,i aint been yet,i been deer huntin i just started seein deer,at the start of season i wouldnt seein many.

She's Going to be Saying everyday 'Momma, Lets Go Get Some Squirrels lol' And Congrats to You On Your Squirrels!! I Wont Hunt Squirrels Again until Jan2, unless i go back To Whitehall Plantation where small game is mon-wed and deer hunting is thurs- sat. That way i dont mess up anyone deer hunting.
