Truly amazing on her first deer hunt to not only to shoot a deer but one like that most hunters will never see in there life time of hunting. This little girl was ready. She had shot at the range several times and watched several hunting showes to help her know what to do. We were in a big box over looking a large clover field. Some does and one little 4 pointer were in the field when this deer followed some more does out into the field. I could not believe it when it walked out. She calmly said papa there is a big one. I was about to crawl out of my skin. The gun was on a rest but she could move it back and fourth. The deer turned broad side at about 80 to a 100 yards and I whispered put the cross hairs where you need to. The shot rang out and the deer ran into the woods. We felt like it was a good hit and she was so excited. The deer went about 70 yards and was laying against a log. The little girl was so excited but no more than I was. She knows she had shot a big deer but has no idea how big it really was. It gross green scored B&C 171. A day I will never will forget and I hope she want either. She really shot this deer by herself.
